60 DAY REFUND POLICY
Our 60-day refund policy makes your life easier! Orders are refundable within 60 days of placing the order once the product has been received. All you have to do is email email@example.com once you've received your full order with your name, order number, and reason for returning.
If the exchange is due to a packaging error, defect, or manufacturing issue, we will cover the cost to return the item. If not, you just have to cover the shipping cost for the return and we will refund your whole order. Refunds must be processed within 60-days after placing the order. Items must be in the same condition that they were received.
We do not refund anything until you've received your full order. If the package failed to deliver due to any of the following, we cannot refund your order:
- wrong address
- no recipient at time of delivery
- lost or stolen package
