Returns & Exchanges

If something isnt right with your purchase, please contact our customer service team at  squad@mouthymerch.com for assistance, and well fix it.                     

Printed Item Purchases: Our items should be inspected before being shipped but at times printing errors can occur. Please contact us and attach photos of the errors. Our team will inspect the errors and have a replacement sent out ASAP .  

    Please do not return items to the return address on your orders packing slip. Items that have been returned without approval will be subject to a fee (which will be deducted from your refund, if not paid). 

    Returns and Exchange Criteria 

    Since all products are made to order, we are not able to offer returns. Store credit or exchange may be provided in certain circumstances. Please contact us by email squad@mouthymerch.com for assistance. 

    Note: This offer only stands for 5 days after order is delivered. 

    Damaged or Wrong Item Received
    If your item was delivered damaged or stained, we are more than happy to replace your order. We want to insure 100% satisfaction with your order. Please contact us as soon as you receive your package and include an image of the damaged item. 
    Please do not send your purchase back to the return address.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. This is because shipping costs are non-refundable.

      We are a small business and we aim to provide you quality products at the lowest possible price.
